Refund and Exchange Policy 

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Important:

• Returns must be approved before sending.

• Custom, personalized items, and sale items are non-returnable.

• Exchanges can be made by placing a new order after your return is accepted.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us.
